Booking

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. The minimum booking is 3 nights.

Is there a maximum stay?

No. There’s no limit to the number of nights you can book as long as they are available.

What’s the check-in and check-out times?

There aren’t any! Unlike most places we don’t want our guests to be rushed during their vacation. Once you’ve booked your stay you are entitled to use the property for as long as you need. For example, if you book for 3 nights Monday night to Wednesday night, the villa would be ready and available for you from Monday morning and would be yours to use until Thursday afternoon.

How much do you charge?

The longer you stay, the less you’ll pay per night. Click here to see our price list.

Can I book online?

Yes. You can do everything online and in real time: select the dates you want to stay, confirm you booking and pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, AndroidPay, ApplePay and PayPal. Click here to book today.

Can I pay a deposit?

Yes, of course. A 30% deposit secures your booking and you’ll need to pay the balance 2 weeks before you arrive. But if you make a booking where your arrival is within 2 weeks, you’ll need to pay in full when making the booking.

How do I sort out keys?

Once you’ve booked we’ll find out from you what time you estimate you’ll be arriving. On the day of arrival one of our local hosts will make contact with you, meet & greet you and give you your 2 sets of keys. These include remote controls for the security entrance gates for you to use when driving.

Similarly, on your last day, you’ll arrange with your host the time you’ll be leaving the property and they will come by and collect the keys from you.

Can I smoke?

Its a non-smoking home. But we understand that guests will want to enjoy the wonderful high grade that Jamaica has to offer! So we’ve provided ashtrays on the back patio for your convenience.

Is there free WiFi internet?

Yes! There’s high speed WiFi throughout the property so you can connect up all your phones and gadgets during your stay.

Do you provide a maid service?

Yes, there is a once weekly maid service included in bookings of 8 nights or more. If you would like maid service for a shorter booking or a more regular maid service, we can arrange this for you. Click here to see pricing.

How many bedrooms does the villa have?

2 double bedrooms. Both have king size beds.

What’s the maximum number of guests?

Four people: thee are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size bed.

Is there any AC?

Yes. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

How many bathrooms are there?

Two. The master bedroom has a private en suite bathroom (shower only) and the main bathroom has both a bath and shower.

Is there hot water?

Yes. There is solar powered hot water in both bathrooms and the kitchen.

Are towels and hair dryers provided?

Yes. Both bathrooms have a full set of bath towels, hand towels and face flannels. Also, we provide 4 large beach towels. You’ll find these in the utility cupboard.

A hair dryer and a set of ceramic hair straighteners are also provided. You’ll find these in the vanity drawers in the en suite bathroom.

Is cable TV provided?

Yes. There’s cable in the front room. The front room TV is a 55″ Smart TV so you can use the free WiFi to connect up your phone or tablet. There’s also 32″ Smart TVs in both bedrooms.

Can I play music?

Sure! There’s a bluetooth speaker in the front room for your use. If you don’t have a bluetooth device you can also connect to the speaker using a USB cable.

Are there laundry & ironing facilities?

Yes. You’ll find a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes horse airer in the utility cupboard along with a steam iron and full size ironing board.

What kitchen/cooking facilities are there?

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find all the large appliances that you’d expect: fridge freezer, gas cooker & oven. In addition, there’s a full array of counter top appliances for your convenience: microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and blender.

Do you provide a chef service?

No, we don’t. Sorry!

Are there any dining facilities?

Yes. The dining table seats 4 people and there is a full dinner service provided as well as wine and champagne glasses.

Also, the breakfast bar seats 2 people for informal eating and socialising.

Are there any outside spaces?

Yes, the back patio is stylishly furnished with table and seating as well as a custom made steel barbecue grill – if you fancy jerking some chicken! Also there’s the front patio and lawn.

Location & Transport

Where is the villa?

The villa is located in central Portmore in the Port Henderson area. Click here to see the location on Google Maps.

How far is the beach?

Forum Beach is within the Bay Front development. So it’s a minute or so walk from the front door and is available at any time for your use whilst you’re staying at the villa! There is no charge. This is included in your stay.

The famous Hellshire Beach is a 10-15 minute drive and is free to use.

Fort Augustus Beach is also around 10-15 minutes away by car. A small entrance fee is charged at this beach.

How far is the airport?

Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston is close by: on average its a 30 minute drive. The drive can be less at quiet times or up to an hour in rush hour.

Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is further away on the west coast of the island. Drive time depends on whether or not you use the toll road which is a direct and faster highway route. Taking the toll road will take about 90 minutes and the toll is around JA$2500. Otherwise, you can take the “old road” which will take just over 3 hours at no charge.

Can you pick me up from the airport?

Yes, sure!

Is this a gated community?

Yes. The villa is located in the Bay Front Villa & Apartments gated community. There is 24 hour manned security at the entrance gate.

Does the development have security?

Can I have visitors?

sure! Just let the guys at the security gate know in advance who’s coming to see you and they will ensure your guests are given entry.
